Frequently Asked Questions
What does it mean to be a “Fee Only” and “Advice Only” Financial Advisor?
Transparent Pricing: As a fee-only, advice-only advisor, there are no hidden fees from product sales, assets under management (AUM), or high-cost investment funds. You will always know exactly what you are paying for financial advice, with no surprises. We work with people on a flat fee/hourly basis. Our hourly rate is $325/hour.
Fiduciary Commitment: Advice-only advisors are fiduciaries, meaning they are legally required to act in your best interest at all times. You can trust that the guidance you receive is aligned with your financial well-being.
Independent Investment Advice: Advice-only advisors provide personalized investment recommendations without taking control of your accounts. Unlike traditional advisors, we don’t require you to transfer assets to us for management, empowering you to maintain control over your investments.
Minimizes Conflicts of Interest: By charging only for advice, fee-only advisors avoid the conflicts of interest that can arise when advisors earn commissions from selling financial products or are paid based on the assets they manage. This ensures that the advice you receive is solely focused on your needs.
